born:borne
Poetry concentrates language and compresses thought: an alternative to world word hysterics. A poem can suggest the worth of silence and calm interior focus. My transient drawings and installations relate to longer written poems. Installations mutate and change locations frequently. All works © robert JANZ
words collide
words collide and often bond
with a composite word emerging that
has a half life much greater than
have either of the original parent words
native collided with nation to give us
narrative and the
stories we tell outlast
both us and the
boundaries we devise
with collided
with in and the
resulting within is
darker than either
root word
no collided with thing to give us
nothing and
nothing outlasts
nothing
